I needed to get some documents notarized late on a Friday afternoon. It was past the cutoff for notary services at this location, but Aurora stayed to accommodate me and get my documents notarized in time. She's very friendly, very knowledgeable, and a credit to the UPS Store organization.

The store and almost all employees are wonderful, EXCEPT Bill. He is rude and not helpful at all. I mistakenly picked a fed ex return instead of UPS. He just said this is a Fed EXCEPT return we can't accept this. No offer or suggestion. This is not the first time he had been rude and dismissive.
