“Worked with Chuck Harb recently when buying a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Chuck made the experience painless. Car shopping is never a fun thing to do, but Chuck made it simple. He was able to communicate via text message throughout the process which allowed me to not have to sit at the dealership for hours on end. This dealership is honest about their pricing up front. They do have a small amount of room to work with you on the price. Typically other dealers will add in a bunch of fees and miscellaneous charges when you get to the numbers part of the deal, but not Chuck and his team. Even on his day off, he was able to setup a test drive for me. I pulled up to the lot, and the suv I wanted to drive was pulled up and ready to go. They gave me the keys, and let me take it for a spin without having anyone ride with me telling me where to go. I enjoyed that experience.
If you need a great new or used vehicle, please go and ask for Chuck. The man can get the deal done for you in no time and is quick to answer any and all questions. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about his inventory and doesn’t mess around with making sure you get exactly everything you need. For me personally, it’s the service after the sale that’s huge. Knowing that they will take care of you during and after the sale is what this smaller honest dealership does well. Chuck Harb is The Dude!”
“I had an issue with one of my tires losing air so I called them this morning and said I could come in during my lunch. When I got there they quickly started helping and were very understanding and empathetic and professional in regards to fixing my issue and did it free of charge! I will definitely be coming back.”

“I had been having issues with my van starting since I got it in the beginning of October 2024. The car company I went through continued to tell me they couldn't figure out what was wrong even sent me to 3 different repair garages with the same result. I did a search and found David Brown's Auto Collision. The had me bring the van to them. It didn't take them long to figure out it was my alternator and got it fixed. I will return to this place again if I need vehicle repairs.”

I just had my most recent oil change and Doug was on top of things, very Quick, and very friendly. You won’t catch me going anywhere else when I know that I can get everything taken care of right there, and get everything topped off and tire pressure checked! “Great experiences! My most recent encounter was having all tires on my Honda balanced, rebeaded, and new valve stems. All because the discount tire place where bought my tires from didn't. For a year, I was adding air on a weekly basis and accepting the slight shake while driving. Even after taking back multiple times with the same results. Finally, took it to Fountain Automotive in Marshall, Michigan and it was handled swiftly and honestly with fair prices. My lesson has been learned.... you get what you pay for. The service and knowledge is priceless. Every technician gave their time and respect. Definitely recommend!”
