“My internet was down last night. So I called them to see what the problem was. They sent an employee out to fix my issue. They came over immediately. Not even 5 minutes later they arrived. The employee that was sent is named Missy. She was super friendly the whole time. She made me feel at ease about my issue. It wasn't long at all and she got my internet up and running again. Switched out my router too for a better working one. I am Soo impressed with how quick she came and fixed it. Also how polite and professional she was. I offered her a chair to sit on and a drink and she declined. I could see that she was worried about fixing my issue and that means a lot to me.. thank You Missy!! Your a great worker! ???”
