“My husband rented a unit online, sight unseen, and everything was seamless. Our only complaint is that our gate code wasn't active immediately, which wasn't communicated at any time during the rental process. When we arrived at the facility, we had to call and get a temporary code to get in. The rep told us it could take up to 24 hours before ours would be active. You should probably let people know that when they're signing up!”
