Maggie is very professional and she doesn't answer the most of the time because she is busy doing taxes for other people before you give her 1 star rating if she was doing your taxes would you want her to be on the phone with someone else people don't understand how complicated it is to start someone's taxes and get distracted... read full comment

Maggie has done our taxes for years, she is very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful and I highly recommend getting your taxes done here.

I've been going here for several years but some things have changed with privacy of financial information and documentation of payments received for services.Think its time to go some where else.I also agree you can not contact them.
