“Been using U-Haul for 40 years. Always great service, they have gone out of their way on many occasions (yes I move a lot) to accommodate my needs. I’ve also done several long distance moves, and they have never failed me yet! Sometimes it’s taken several days for them to find solutions for an emergency situations, but they never stopped calling me or gave up. They always come through! They are the best!”

“5 stars because the uhaul business screwed this guy over and sent us to him. The three men sitting around the uhaul place gave us attitude. The single guy running the counter at the convenience store here, processing our contract, serving his customers, running back an forth to handle our uhaul request while being busy at the counter.Kudos to the clerk who rocked it. BOO to uhaul for sending us from our requested pick up location where they had multiple employees to help and were just sitting around. I get the truck scheduling is a thing but it was just poor service.”

Later, I realized I might have left something behind and called to check. The gentleman who helped me was extremely patient, kind, and went above and beyond to assist me.
