Reception staff are friendly and helpful, Appointments are quick (we have never had to wait in the lobby, and instead are taken straight to a room), and both the techs and vets spend whatever time is necessary to address all of the questions and concerns of pet owners. “Wonderful vet. Very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable - they know people get anxious about their furry friends. I ended up thinking something was wrong with my cat, but not only did they do an hours worth of work to make sure he was perfectly healthy, Dr. Brooks made sure to explain every result of the blood work and what it means for the healthy care of my cat going into his older age. He even took all my questions without hesitation. I love this place, and will keep coming back.”
