I have a home mortgage through this institution and my experience has been a nightmare. It has been a constant failure on their part to accurately record my mortgage payments. I don't like posting negative comments, but I feel compelled to warn prospective members in order to help prevent you from going through what they will put you through. Their accounting of mortgage payments is atrocious. Trust me, look elsewhere.

Kid friendly, they have a little table with chairs kids can sit at to color or play with toys. Even have adult chairs to sit at in case you need to wait for anything to be done.

I have been a customer of True Community credit union a long time and love their bank. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful. I wish they ran more lower interest rate special CDs thou.

Hello and good afternoon, I will leave my experience with this bank, it does not have to be your experience of course, I, like any legal citizen of this country, applied for an account with this bank, I went to deliver all my documents after being approved and the I think the person who helped me was not as professional as he should have been, it is unfortunate to have to reject my offer for this person who simply did not want to work because he made so many excuses for me, I felt excluded and rejected, he acted very racist and never looked at me her face only when I asked her questions, maybe since I'm Latina that's why she acted like that. Unfortunately the bank lost a client due to the poor work of this bank worker. This situation is very sad, my family was also approved but seeing how it went for me they also decided not to accept this bank. I hope the administration takes action regarding this so that they do not lose more customers.My appointment was today, October 5, 2023 at 2:45 so that you know who I am, anyway when I left I made it very clear that I was upset and I would put my complaint where it was necessary because we all deserve to be treated properly.

I have been with cp federal credit Union for over 10 years. Once true took over the banking process.in my opinion, they lost their personal touch.with their clients. No matter what time of day you call you're always on hold or they ask you to call you back which takes another hour. They are slow and untimely. I will be looking for a new bank.

Every time you call they put you on hold for 20 minutes and you can’t be there all of the time because they randomly make it so you can make any payments when you have money in your account. Makes literally no sense. Definitely going to be switching my bank asap.?
