“Kara was absolutely exceptional throughout our experience of buying our first home. I am an incoming resident doctor, so I was on a very tight timeline when it came to moving. She set us up with a personalized search before we had even committed to working with her, which allowed us to start the search right away. Since we were relocating from across the country, Kara’s responsiveness, knowledge of the area, and willingness to send us video tours and answer all of our constant questions was essential and completely priceless. When we found a property we loved, we absolutely could not have handled the negotiation or contract process without her. She worked seamlessly with the seller’s agent, our lender, the title company, and everyone else involved so that we had nothing to worry about.
