This store should be the model of what a dealership should be. The staff was very considerate of our needs. The amenities are top notch. Large comfortable lounge, showers and clean bathrooms, laundry, kitchenet and sleeping rooms.
They handled our truck repairs promptly and professionally.

Limped in with a busted S-belt on my Volvo (!) and they went out of their way to get me on the road quickly. Treated me like a valued customer and not an interruption of their day. Which you don't find a lot these days. Hat is off to you fine folks! 😀

The service writer (Jim) is super unprofessional. He doesn't know how OR is unwilling to treat people with dignity and respect. I am amazed by the way he talks to people and treating them like they are stupid. It is ridiculously rude and belittling. He definitely needs more training on how to to treat people better as well as more customer care training. Something needs to be done to fix his attitude.

I took my 2022 Entegra Accolade in for annual service and this place is the best. They are very customer oriented and thorough. The employees all appeared to like there workplace. The whole building was clean inside and out. Very professional. I will be going back and I drove past another one to go here.
Jim and Tim behind the counter were awesome.

I got help from an amazing and knowledgeable gentle for my ac. He saved me few hundred dollars by guiding me to change a switch. Friendly people, good building and lots of parking. Clean amenities.

These guys all went way out of their way to fix what 2 other Freightliners couldn't/wouldn't. Tried every which way to get our fix covered by warranty but sadly couldn't. They were personable and the waiting area upstairs was fabulous with recliner chairs, TV, showers even for the truckers. Vending machines and free water and coffee were there as well. We've been here before but didn't appreciate how wonderful they are until experiencing a few other Freightliner facilities in other areas of the country. I would highly recommend this place!

Amazing service!, we had the dreaded def light and check engine light on while travelling to a race for the kids, they found the parts needed at the Grand Rapids shop and got them sent down for us. We were back on the road the same day under warranty. They saved the day and the kids were able to make it to the race on time.

I was attending a memorial day car show. The weather was misting rain and a bit chilly. There were a fair number of cars at the show and a few vendors including food trucks.
Freightliner had a vehicle on display, the facility was closed to the public.
