“This vet is amazing! We used them years ago, and recently started using them again after moving back to the area. The vet staff is very kind! Front desk is nice, but sometimes I've felt dismissed/ignored and they're not always very personable, but they've never been rude. I booked Dr. Kathy for my cat's sudden injury and she was extremely helpful, kind and reassuring. She went above and beyond when trying to figure out what was going on with my little lady, trying and explaining my options, even reaching out after hours for an update. In the weeks after the two appointments a male tech called for an additional update- also very kind and helpful. My previous vet wouldn't explain or give many details, I'd have to dig and lead the conversation to find out why it happened, how to avoid the issue again, concerns with meds, etc. This vet is the opposite, so informative and helpful, and I will continue to use them. Vet costs are always high, but I've found this practice to be reasonably priced, plus they take Care Credit which is great to fall back on if necessary. They're great!! The vet staff actually seem to care about your babes and their best interest.”

“We have been with MAH for the last 5 1/2 years, taking our boxer Porter there. Through diagnosing him with Pancreatitis to providing normal checkups and medication, we are extremely grateful for the staff. This past week gave us some unexpected news as we found out Porter had a life changing diagnosis. MAH helped guide us through one of the most difficult decisions my husband and myself have ever had to make. Dr. Paul was incredibly gentle, compassionate and helped us to confirm the decision was the right one. She guided us through the process with grace and compassion. I believe that God puts people in our lives for a reason, and I truly believe that Dr. Paul was in our lives for this very purpose. The entire staff is compassionate, caring and I would not have wanted to take this journey with any other facility or staff. “Dr. Kathy is one of the most amazing humans I have ever met! She started seeing my anxious rescue dog through the pandemic when our previous vet refused to help her any further. She was amazing with her and I saw tears from her when she had to help us let her go. She has been amazing with my old man Labrador, he had a seizure in their waiting room and she worked him in to make sure he was ok. When I brought my new puppy in for his first visit, the staff was amazing. He is a little guy so they spaced his vaccines out to be sure he was safe. Dr. Kathy told him that he had big shoes to fill following Mia. I have never had a bad experience with the front desk, they are so kind, the clinical staff are all beyond kind and we have had visits with Dr. Kathy, Dr. Carl and Dr. Fossitt, they have all been so kind and compassionate. I will recommend this office to anyone who needs amazing care for their pet, I am so thankful they were recommended to me!”
