Absolutely amazing. I have never received such good care for my vehicle. They went above and beyond taking care of the damage that needed to be fixed, as well as going the extra mile to detail the inside of the car. Will be coming back and recommending to everyone!!!!

Everything was amazing and my car was returned in impeccable condition. They did a wonderful job, are on the nail with timelines, and didn’t hassle me at all. I’m serious, if you need work done just go here. Best place in Detroit hands down, really good people as well. These shops are hard to find!

Wow B&K! Five Stars! The people here are top notch! Good customer service is hard to find these days, but these guys are killing it! From the moment the tow truck dropped myself and my car off there after an accident, I was shown nothing but kindness! Ken even gave me a ride to the rental car office since I was without a vehicle. They were quick and efficient with estimates, and even though the insurance totaled my vehicle, they were patient while it took me a few days to get back there to collect my belongings. And then, we decided we wanted the wheels and tires from the vehicle since they were new and very expensive. The guys there came right out and removed the tires within minutes of my request, and they did it at no cost because they are just genuinely good people! Thank you B&K for making this such an easy and stress free experience for me! God Bless!

Great experience! From the time I contacted B&K for collision work everything was nothing short of amazing, everyone was nice & friendly they kept me updated weekly and if anything was on back order I was notified as soon as they knew. I woul definitely 100%recommend.
