They pick up your oil and do not cut you a check. I know it is not much, but when we contracted them we were told that we would get paid for our used oil. When I called about where our check is, they said that the market was too low and I would not be getting any money for our used oil.

The service people were very good at their job and very proficient but the problem they have is not having all the parts to complete the installation they have to come back and finish
