If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Absolute worst customer service. I had an appointment with Harrison at this location and my 4 year old daughter tagged along to get pampered. When I walked in there were 5 employees and only 2 customers. My daughter picked her nail color and sat down to get them painted while I sat for my appointment. Halfway through I looked up and noticed the lady that was painting my daughter’s nails wasn’t there. I didn’t think anything of it, maybe she walked away for a min. About 20 minutes goes by and my daughter tells me “mama the lady left and my nails aren’t done” so I get up to see and her toe nails aren’t done correctly and she has paint on her legs and knees. So I ask Harrison where the lady is and he said “oh she went home she left because she said ur daughter moved during the service and it made her mad so she went home” I’m like wait this is a joke right. I then said ok can someone else finish her service please and he said no. Mind you there was employees sitting there doing nothing. I kept asking and the answer was still no. I then asked them if they could at least take off the messed up polish and also the paint that was all over her legs and they said no. They wouldn’t let me use their acetone to clean her legs. My 4 year old was so upset at the way they treated her she started crying which then made me cry (6 months pregnant mamma here). They didn’t care, they would even look me in the eye. And the best part of this whole situation, they charged me for her service, a service that wasn’t even done. Shame on the employees and shame on the business owner that allows this. Any person that can treat little innocent kids like this are the worst kind of humans. I will never give this place my business and I will make sure to tell everyone I know how horrible this place is. I now have to take my daughter to a different place to get her nails done because I promised her she would have painted nails today. I’m beyond upset for the way my daughter felt today.

Please do not spend your money here. Tonight was the second time that I was over charged. The first time was for a pedicure. The lady act like she didn't hear me when I said that I just wanted the standard pedicure - I let it go and paid. Tonight I went for a fill-in that has been the same price for almost a year- $45. The new guy doing my nails was getting the color wrong, so everyone started helping him out. Then, I was charged an extra $5 for my fillin. Why? The extra work he did was not my fault. I don't like confrontation, so I just went to my car and got the $5. Then, one of the ladies gave me a free hand lotion because she knew he was wrong. I will NEVER go back there. I do not like supporting businesses that take advantage of the people in the community their business is in. Don't let these businesses take advantage of you. They forget without customers there is no business.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in for a full decided to get white polish $40.The polish looked terrible it was spotty and some nails it was on thick and I told him that he offered to add a coat which would make the lumpy nails lumpier. I had him remove the polish and he still charged $40 for a plain fill no polish no clear coat no extra shape just square short nails.His attitude when i questioned his price and quality of service was nasty customer service skills are very important. Major fail.

They do good nails but the prep is the worse they drill your nails down to much causing them to break my nails was so long they couldn’t even hold on cause the nail bed was drilled to low. I have deep dents in my nails they need to lighten up on the drill. I let them do it for 2months. Making me not even want acrylic no more

I received a mani/pedi service. The nail tech cut my toe and made me bleed. She was hesitant to add more iodine to ensure the bleeding stopped before starting to add polish. My aunt & I insisted that she added more. I didn’t make the cut a big issue and still paid the full bill in which the tech tallied up. However, she got an attitude after I paid and didn’t tip, due to me being cut. She approached me at the car saying she made a mistake and my pedicure was short $7 in price. I responded by telling her I paid what you asked for at the register. She started to get irate saying she worked hard and made a mistake on the price. It was obvious she didn’t want to take responsibility for making a mistake drawing blood or her inability to add properly. I paid the $7 shortage and let them know I won’t be back.

I visited Fancy Nails yesterday for a pedicure, but I was dismayed to find that none of the tools used were new, first-time use, or sterilized. This was not my first experience at the salon, but it will be my last. The foot scrubber was particularly worn out, to the point that I would have discarded it had it been in my shower. One of the daughters performed my pedicure, and I question her licensure.

It was nice and very quiet, I got on my phone for a split second and when I looked up they were putting the wrong color and me personally don't know how to speak up for myself but my sister said something and they fixed the problem right away with no problem, it was a good experience and I highly recommend

Fancy Nails does not adhere to the Wayne county sanitation guidelines ..
went for a pedicure and tech tried to use 2 dirty utensils on me (a used pedicure brush and exfoliater that had someone else’s dead skin on it . Never sanitized anything and began to get upset when i asked them to change brush police was called ! Breeding ground for infection
