DO NOT!!! go to this location for Anything !! the owner and one worker running it REFUSE to help me with my account I had all of my info to get online and out of pure lazyness.... i had to drive to anther Location to recover my account.BIG THANKS! for the guy at Allen Park Location for helping me !

Love the service. A lady that works here has tons of yrs working with cell phones and she's amazing. Its about time they care enough to hire an experienced person.... As well as a person who actually cares for the customer. Ive had awful phone representatives in the past at various phone stores. I won't go back. But as long as they keep this lady. I'll be a customer for life?

A lady named Raquel works here. From the experiences I've had in this store. She treats every customer with great respect and is SOOOO knowledgeable about metro phones. I won't go anywhere else as long as she stays! Ya hired a good one. Whoever you are?
