If you ever find yourself stuck on the side of the road questioning your life choices — don’t worry, just call these guys. Ali pulled up in Truck 16 like a towing superhero. Not only was he fast and professional, but he also had a great attitude that turned a stressful situation into something I could actually laugh about.
Truck 16 should be in a Fast & Furious movie, and Ali deserves a trophy for Best Tow Truck Driver With a Calm Vibe. 10/10 would get stranded again just to have Ali save the day.

National Towing really came through when I needed them. They showed up fast, treated my car with care, and the driver was super friendly and professional. You can tell they actually care about helping people, not just getting the job done. Fair prices too, which was a nice surprise. Hopefully I don’t need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do — I’m calling them without a doubt.

The driver was very friendly. I gave them 4 stars because Dispatch told me the driver would arrive in 20 minutes, I called back after 45 minutes of sitting on the side of I-94 and traffic whizzing by at 80+ miles an hour. The driver showed up 55 minutes later - And I was not offered a reduced price. My Time Is As Important As Anyone Else's. I think they should be honest with the PAYING PUBLIC, let's just say
"Highway Robbery" but LOVED The Driver (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) - He is a Good Man. I-94 & 172 Exit 08/01/24
