Worse experience ever. Do not take your kids here. Rude staff yelling at kids to “pay for more time or go home” this woman came up to my 1 year old son asking for his band to jump. I had it in my purse because he is 1year old and it would not stay on him. I showed her I had it in my bag. She grabbed my son’s arm and forced it back on. I asked for a manager, while speaking to her this staff member who touched my son started getting very ghetto and charging at me from behind a counter. All the staff is old, and look drugged up. Manager just watched her act like a fool in front of children. Stay away from this place. If I could rate this place Zero stars I would. I am disgusted we could not have a good time with my kids today.

My reload card was charged twice for a ride & once for a game and then they didn’t start. 23 points were wasted. Kinda sucks.
Also, no tickets were coming out 🙂↕️

One of my favorite places to take my family. I love that we all can interact as a family with the go karts and arcade games. We always walk out with smiles. Customer service has been wonderful.

Terrible place to throw a party. Overpriced. Dark and creepy. Food is nasty. Rude employees wouldn’t give a refund after I saw the atrocious “toddlers” den which was just a nasty area next to a creepy abandoned looking play scape. Toddlers area was full of used regular toys my baby has at home and they CHARGED for it. UNSAFE. UNKEMPT. The list goes on. Had games that required quarters even after you purchase a game card. DO NOT GO. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

One star review. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. We visited on 03/23/2024. Staff didn't open the building until 30 minutes after their listed hours. Staff was not welcoming, staff was rude to multiple guests. A kid who hit his head off the wall after sliding down the wave bouncer went to the front counter to tell them what happened and the man at the counter didn’t ask if he was okay, he only interrogated him accusing him of doing it himself saying “what did you do? Run? Jump? Were you climbing the bounce?” I was informed after arrival with bag in hand, no cake/cup cakes, no balloons, no gifts, no party bags unless you rent a party room. Which is $199 and above… I had a party of 2… play Atlantis used to be a nice place. Now it’s a place where the customers are treated no more than a cheap dollar sign. They don’t treat their customers well. You’re better off going to chuck E cheeses (and that’s saying a lot) or urban air. At least urban air and sky zone know how to treat their patrons from the moment they walk through the door. Play Atlantis used to be a family friendly environment. Now it’s a “spend your money and get out in 2 hours or less while the staff walks around telling its customers all the things they can’t do.” This place used to be a blast and packed. We used to go every weekend. However, the most recent visit was about “3-6 years ago”, now it’s less busy on the weekend, which now I know why. Prices are too high, the environment from the staff is terrible. It was so bad, the staff didn’t even appear to want to be there. Their is no customer service etiquette here.

We spent the morning here, and we had a lot of fun. It was a great place for my 3 yr old to burn off energy. The staff were so nice!
