I went there with no issues at all — my truck was in perfect condition with brand new tires. I only wanted to check if it needed an alignment or any adjustment, just to make sure everything was fine and to protect the tires.
However, after they did the alignment, the truck started pulling to the right. I went back and told them, so they took it in again and said they fixed the problem. When I drove it again, this time the truck was pulling to the left.
I went back once more, but they told me it was too late and to return the next day. When I returned, the employee told me that their alignment machine had a problem but that it was now fixed, and my truck was ready. Unfortunately, after testing it the third time, the steering wheel was now crooked, and the alignment was completely ruined.
They charged me over $500 for absolutely nothing, and instead of improving the alignment, they made it worse. When I first went there, my truck drove perfectly straight with no problems at all. I only wanted to double-check and keep my tires in good shape — but I ended up wasting my money and leaving with a problem I didn’t have before.

And I don't trust them, then they damaged my truck, and they denied it.

I redid my whole front end 2 months ago, got new tires , the whole deal elsewhere. I went here for an alignment and there Mechanic said my front end is “shot”. lol parts are 2 months old. Would not recommend this place at all. Very unfair and uneducated “mechanic”.

13th of May 2025 driving my vehicle while making deliveries for huge company and got a flat on route to my next stop. Pull over on I75 saw Shrader Tire Service and the guys are so very help to me which help back on the road promptly… Special Thanks to Matt and Glen for all their help with someone like me still recovering from a stroke without the strength

My tire blew out in 75 lucky I was able to limp into Shrader. From the minute I walked into the door until i got back on the road took at 20 minutes. $200 for a really nice used tire. I’m definitely satisfied and happy I know where they’re at now.

I had a tire blow out on my trailer the guy that fixed it did a great job. I was impressed with his ability to get the job done in a timely manner. It had been years since that tire had been replaced the lug nuts were rusted on but somehow he got it done and I was back on the road again. Much gratitude

You get an interview. They tell you that you’ll get the job and then 4 weeks later they not accepted me. There unorganized (Human Resources). They never pick up the phone there sooooo busy.
