I've been to this Tim Hortons twice . the first time they didn't have any coffee, if you can believe that. The second time, it was raining super hard, so I asked him if I could pull up to order as I am hard of hearing. I got up there, and the guy at the window, first of all, looked dirty and more than confused. I was having problems with the app and asked if they could help me . He said he didn't know anything about it, but another guy standing by his side told me I had to order online . I explained to him I was having trouble he said he doesn't know what he can do for me online means online at that point I just left and I will never and I mean never go back to this Tim Hortons again. Although I live within walking distance from it, I would rather drive to another one rather than put up with this treatment ever again . I will go to the one in Lincoln Park even if it means driving and going further. If this place offered me $20 to patronize them again I would tell them just keep it

The gentleman at the drive thru was very professional, and had great service. Very rare these days to find. I would continue to go there simply because of his professionalism.

Bad customer service I went in yesterday I order online nd they told me I didt pay so I asked if I can order now they told me I have to come around being rude nd saying ur holding up the line which no one was there on top I lost my voice it was hard for me to talk the guy was so rude to me so I had to leave

The customer service is well sometimes but any time I decide I want an Ice Capp it’s either a hit or miss. I’ve had some recent that were just nasty like they didn’t properly blend it, and after tasting it I’d just throw it away cause it’s that bad.

I ordered 3 coffees today around 1pm. The time on Google said they will close at 5pm and there was also a sticker by the drive thru window that they will close at 6pm today Dec 31. I went by the drive thru and no one answered. I pulled up to the window and two workers were inside and signaled me that they closed. I asked to talk to them. They told me that they closed due to not enough customers. They said their boss called them to close. This isn't the first time this happens. They close early multiple times. When I order coffee, I get there and turns out their closed. Not cool at all. I don't understand why put those hours of the store if they end up closing much earlier than stated.

I always order coffee with bagel however they don’t toast their bagel, and I have told one of the staff, however they keep doing again and again.

I am from out of state. Went here for lunch. Ordered a chicken panini combo. Only one drink was available from the menu. The sandwich was probably was about 1% chicken and the rest was cheese. The chips was not good. I will never visit here again.

Tidbits were not available and employee would not cancel the order. Cashier should have to process the sale before customer is charged.

The lady at the window is very nice to me. I have been there several times and they're ice cappuccinos are endeavor thick. They are super running. But the employees now on the other hand are very nice respectfulVegetarian options: When you have pretty much anything there. I go visit a friend of mine who lives around the corner from there and I buy him two to four coffees a week and a box of donuts or two a week and take to him I was here the other day and the guy gave me two hot coffees andI didn't have nowhere to put them an empty pop can ask him would he please throw it away he said no I can't do that can't you see there's a garbage can across the road no more Horton's coffee or doughnuts for me or my friend I guess that was rude
