“After having a really horrible experience with another shelter, and losing a dog because of it, we were so pleased with this shelter! We found our dog through them, and they were friendly and very detailed in the process. They took a few days to review our application, all for the sake of the dog to make sure it was going to a great home. It truly was reassuring to see how much they cared for our doggo. I would definitely recommend getting an animal here!”

“They sell regular to premium dog and cat food and have all kinds of dog treats. Staff is knowledgeable and polite. Doggy wash available. They sell fox farm happy frog soil and garden supplies. Great prices best I can find locally.”
“Excellent experience. I stopped in looking for some fairly long metal rails for a shed-door project. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and immediately directed to exactly what I needed.
The employee who initially helped me needed to return to the register, so rather than simply pointing me toward the checkout, he arranged for another employee to help me carry the rails out to my vehicle. They also found me some twine and a red safety flag so I could transport the longer material safely.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and efficient. Easy in, easy out, and exactly the kind of customer service that makes you want to return.
Great experience all around.”
“This is an awesome place. Very evident how much they care about their dogs. Very friendly and down to earth people. Stop looking and go here for your pup. You will not regret it. WE LOVE OURS.”
“I was passing through and was looking specifically for another pair of bearded dragons. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and informational. I purchased a couple of the smaller pet carriers as I’m driving a semi and a pair of bearded dragons as well as a few other accessories and care products.
Great experience with a very helpful and patience staff!”

“Great store that is very well stocked and staffed with very nice, friendly and helpful people. Meghan Smith is the in house trainer and she is very knowledgeable, a very good communicator and an excellent trainer. I have been training my dogs dogs for many years and have gone to some pretty well known trainers and Meghan is as good as the best the East Coast (New York city area) has to offer. She offers group classes and one on one at Mighty Pet and even in home personal dog training. Her methods are all reward based and positive. She can help with behavioral issues and makes very good recommendations. I highly recommend her.”
