Joanna and Faith went out of their way on a few occasions to help find something I couldn't locate & Brendan's customer service skills are top notch. He watches for best sellers and makes recommendations based on other customer reviews. Can't ask for a better experience.”
“I was afraid I didn't make my appointment in time for the holiday weekend. I got on line and yes I got in on Monday. I was very happy because he was looking very bad. I have what they call a wooly malamute and can be a hand full to groom. My dog loves to be brushed but this can take hours. Kourtney took on the job and did an excellent job. The best thing about it was when he came out he didn't seem stressed out at all. That's the true sign that things were good for him too. Kourtney your the best, I hope your back wasn't too bad after all that grooming. He looks so good. My husband even commented how nice he looked. Thanks so much for taking care of our fur baby.”
