“I had some car problems and needed a rental to get me through the week. Honestly, I've never rented a vehicle before so I though I could just do a walk-in and everything would work out. It might have happened, if I had visited some week other than college Spring Break! This is a small lot near-ish MSU campus so call ahead to make a reservation! The employee politely explained that nothing was immediately available and offered to take my number in case something was returned ahead of schedule. He also suggested that I try the Avis/Budget location at the Lansing Airport (which worked out for me). Customer service was excellent and the place is open on the weekends but with limited hours.”
“Other comments seem alarming but I've used many times without any issues. Only thing is the lot is smaller meaning less cars. I haven't tried calling in advance but I also haven't gotten anything I was upset about. Staff is cool”

“My experience with all rental places have always been bad to just okay, but this location here deserves 10 stars if I could. The guys there are super friendly, super efficient, no nonsense. Just in and out in no time. No hidden fee no nothing, just plain awesome customer service.
I ran into an accident, car gotta go to the shop. The guys called me in advance to ask if I need a rental. When I got to use their service, the car I wanted was not available so they gave me an upgrade with no extra charge to honor the original deal. When in time to return, they again called to let me know about the timeline so I wouldn’t return late. I rented two nissan there and both were in excellent condition and very clean when I picked them up.
I really really enjoy my experience and highly recommend this location to anyone.”
