I live out of state and needed to set up my parents CASE account for online banking. Called customer service and was assisted by Becca. This was by far the most efficient and pleasant experience I have ever had with a financial institution. Becca was courteous, professional and made the process easy to follow. Thank you Becca.

The people that work at this branch are very pleasant. They work quickly and efficiently. They are willing to work with you to figure out a problem. I like going into a branch and seeing familiar faces and having them recognize me is a bonus. The supervisors are organized and seem to know how to handle difficult issues.

I have been a member of CASE Credit Union for the past 30 years - and am a big fan of the Meridian branch. Not ONCE have they been less than courteous, skilled, and engaged in truly wanting to help the members. Five stars from me.

I did not get my teller’s name, but she was very polite and helpful with how to change transaction notifications. Transaction was around 9:40 am February 18th at the CASE Okemos branch.

I purchased a trailer from D&R trailers in Milan Michigan. I chose to finance it at the time as I purchased the trailer to move our belongings to our new home. I set up direct payments of $500 monthly and after 6 months I chose to pay off the loan due to our moving from the state. After calling 4 times this afternoon and still not being able to successfully transfer the moneys I come to the conclusion that Case Credit Union does not care about its customers. I was given more than one reason of why I can't process the payoff and a supervisor is too busy to accept my call for help. I have been a member of Monroe County Community Credit union for years and they have never treated me or my family in such a manner. Beware of poor customer service. Posted 10-25-2021
