“When we moved into the area, we were concerned with finding a local store that carried our whiskey-an Irish Whiskey called “Teeling” (which is smooth as Johnnie Blue, for a fraction of the price, btw). The store owner not only made sure they had it upon our return, but has made sure it gets stocked weekly. He always knows what we want when we come in and is extremely friendly. We would drive twice as long if we had to, just to keep the relationship.”

Prices reasonable and a little higher than they should but not too much higher worth the selection. Service was excellent. Kind and helpful, they will try to order the wine you want. “Not sure on the 10,000 estimate but they do have a large variety of beverages and incredible prices. I have gotten drinks for what seems like below state legal price. They have a decent variety of drinks from around the world, had Soju, Sake, various Asian beers. If there is something I want to get but I'm unsure where to get it i usually go here. More of a liquor place than a beer place but they have a large selection of beers including some more niche stuff. Huge variety of syrups, bitters, mix-ins etc for mixed drinks. Also has party cups, shot glasses, ping pong balls, etc. Excellent price on shooters.”

“I’ve been going to the store every since I moved into Holt I go there to buy my vapes. I spend a lot of money in a month went there today and I took a vape bag that I brought yesterday and it was not charging and he wouldn’t return it, or give me my money for it whatever or let me get a new vape, and then he proceeded to tell me go to another store go to 7-Eleven go to the gas station I like I don’t wanna walk all the way over there I don’t have a car he said he was losing money because he said all the customers that buy vapes I’m the one that always bring them back because they don’t work Maybe the People that do by them and they might not work probably don’t care about going back and getting a new one because they won’t give your money back so I’m the only one complaining about the vapes, but I thought that was pretty rude of Sam to say to me as much money I spend at that store and they don’t even ask for no ID for vape cigarettes or liquor so I’m just really disgusted with Sam. Kind of rude to me, so I’m not gonna try to go back there anymore not getting no more of my money. They can kiss my black ass.”

“Cool ambience and good cocktails. The Aged Gin and Barrel Proof whiskey are fantastic. My complaint is that there's no ability to catch a game there. No TV's at all. I was told that owner believes that people don't drink cocktails and watch games. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I, and probably many others, would absolutely go there more often if I could catch a Detroit sports or a Spartan game while I enjoy a great beverage.”

“As I was leaving an event nearby I noticed no one in front of the store so I stopped in. Usually I would skip this one. Outside can be quite uncomfortable as others in the community have expressed as well. I don’t want to have to feel brave running some kinda gauntlet to be able to go inside. “I wasn't sure about the new owner at first because noone likes change and the old crew knew me and i was sad to them go. After awhile i quit pouting and gave the new people a shot. My favorite is the sweet cute tiny woman that works at night...of course I cant remember her name but shes the Bees Knees!! I'm always literally running up there 5 min to close seems like lately. I call on my way outa breath and usually sweating up a storm and she always waits for me and let's me in. The owner and I have had some funny situations happen because I can be ditzy but I've never left that store without a smile on my face!!”
