“My husband went in there to buy a ton of grip tape for a home project. He’s usually one to not expect much from associates anymore, but he said the associate today was awesome & well worth a review. So well done random dude for helping a grumpy man buy 18 ft of grip tape and making him leave happy.”

“Great place. I was getting my first suit and I’m not very familiar with this world. However, the moment I entered the store everyone was happy to help. Ladd took the time to explain everything to me from A to Z which really made me to trust his judgment with suit choices. I just got the suit and it’s perfect. It’s the first one and I’m happy to have it from Kositchek’s. Definitely coming again for my next one.”

“Very happy with the selection at this Hot Topic. I ended up getting a few tanks for me and my partner, including a Hunter X Hunter shirt, and a nice backpack. The staff was very kind especially Nathan who helped us out. Super clean, well stocked, and organized!”

“They have the best selection of MSU clothing then any other store! No sense running around to other stores to find what you need, Rally House has it all. Couldn't find a hooded, zip up MSU sweatshirt for my 4 year old grandson, but I found it there.”

“Just picked up a suit for my son’s wedding and as I was checking out, the super-helpful store manager, Bronte’ said something really cool:“Do me a favor - wear it with confidence”.I never thought of wearing a suit that way before,,,but now I will! Thanks Bronte’.”

“I'm so happy I found this store! They have everything MSU, including many items you won't find anywhere else. I loved that they carried "women specific sized tees- not just unisex or men's that go to my knees and not made for a woman's shape and size. Besides women's specific clothing they have all sizes from infant to adult- boys, girls, men women and unisex. They even have things for pets. Nice collection of mugs, jewelry, playing cards...you name it, they have it. The best MSU Spartans store I've ever been in.”

“I think it was obvious I did not have a lot of money as I walked straight to the clearance rack. I didn’t really expect anyone to give me much attention as I did not feel like that was a store I belonged in. But to my surprise they were very helpful. Very friendly and quick to see if we needed help. Never treated me any different than anyone else in the store. Customer service is 5 out 5 stars for sure.”

“Cosmetics counter is understaffed but the staff that is there is very helpful.Cashier insists that the marked down area is not Macy's, but if it wasn't it would be at a different location ?”

“I stopped by because I needed to pick out a last minute outfit for an NYE party. All of the sales associates working at the time (I visited on 12/30 at roughly 6:30) were extremely helpful in finding the right sizes and styles that I was looking for, and even made recommendations on how to further style my outfit beyond the shirt and pants I bought. This was easily one of the most pleasant retail experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I’m looking forward to returning in the future.”

“My wife and I visited the Lansing store, I was amazed by the service.Carl was trying to assist us, but I was looking for a specific pair of jeans and not anything as stylish as what the Buckle had to offer.Of the 3 employees in the store, Carl was the poor guy that got stuck with me.He did a great job and the other 2 employees were assisting him.It was amazing to see that kind of service, but I was looking for an item much more basic than what the store carried.I did buy a shirt before I left.”

“A big thank you to Megan, who went above and beyond looking for a pair of shorts and holding them for us so my son could attend a last minute outing. We only had a short amount of time to find the shorts and were working with clearance racks to find them. She helped us out and saved us a lot of time driving around town. Kudos to Megan, we need more like her!”

“The store was clean and organized even though they were busy and it's Christmas time. At checkout, the staff was patient and helped us look up our rewards/coupons and was just overall friendly.”

“Great experience shopping at kohl's recently. The store was organized and tidy (something that they have struggled with in the past). My main reason for going was to shop for some new cold weather clothing. i was not disappointed. Great selection and almost everything I purchased was on sale. I will be returning to this store (Okemos by Meridian Mall). The cashier was friendly and shared her coupons with me for my purchases. Great experience. love Sephora too!”

“This is my full, concrete review of Plato's [East Lansing], I apologize for it being so long in length (ugh)The staff are usually friendly, idk if they're being genuinely friendly, but they're friendly. The fact that there have been 2-3 reviews on here claiming that this Plato's is racist is a little concerning to me... hopefully those reviews were fake/stretching the truth; I'm not 100% sure thoI haven't sold + shopped here for over a year, within that timespan I've learned some crucial tips about how to successfully sell clothing here. It's best to regularly call or check their website/Insta to see what they need most at the time, and try to keep the items in the correct season (some items are wearable year-round, too). Also it's probably better to not sell during the summer, cuz that's when the college students are on summer break, and apparently they're overstocked during that time and are pickier about what they'll take (I also understand if they're overstocked due to less people willing to buy a lot of items because of inflation). It's frustrating when they won't take items that originally retail over $100-200 but they'll take Walmart/Target/Kohls items and price them at or slightly lower than the original price (the unfair pricing thing is a problem at other thrift stores too). The thing is that the Walmart item was/is TRENDY. Unfortunately in this day and age, what clothes are trendy at the moment seems to matter more than anything else, and what's even more frustrating is that trends can change in a WEEK or a MONTH. So even if the brand of a particular item is trending or mid to high end, if the item itself is no longer in style/not trending, Plato's most likely won't take it.hope they got shopping baskets nowww”

“Smaller sale section than at the Somerset UO, but still a decent selection. I pretty much only shop out of the sale section, on account of being broke, but I still get fun stylish clothing, and the sales are generally pretty good. It's been 50% off the sale price the last three times I went in, which hopefully doesn't end any time soon, haha.”

“I don’t shop at Express much anymore but the manager at this location has helped me twice and it’s always clean and well organized. I would order online and ship to the store just to get the honest feedback from this manager”
