“Our 2015 Toyota RAV4 was operating unusually. We had no idea from where the low rumbling noise and only sometimes rattling vibrations were emanating. Just explained the best we could and asked H &H: “Could you please figure out and fix the problem(s). A back right wheel bearing and the driving shaft were the identified culprits. We can’t believe how much better the car sounds on the road and the reassurance we have when behind the wheel. Trustworthy, fairly priced, and quick communication from H&H! “My car died it's a push start button and I got locked out my other car is in the shop I have 2 kids one special needs who I have to be with 24/7 so my husband works I stay home so we have one income no other benefits in this great state to help I called around and northside had the best price I called mobile mechanics and tow companies the guy that came went above and behind and not only got me into my car but got it running I would 100% recommend them over anyone else I've delt with in Lansing living here over 10 years kind and honest people”
“After a collision with a wild turkey that came through the windshield, the Dewitt police officer recommended this towing company and got them out. Very prompt response time. knowledgeable owner and provided tips for post wreck cleanup. Personable and was awesome to work with. Provided above and beyond care for my truck while I worked with insurance to decide what autobody shop it would go to. Allowed me access to their facility while I collected my personal belongings and wrapped my truck before taking it to the autobody shop during rainy weather.”

“I had a flat tire on I-96 today. The tow truck showed up within 25 minutes and the driver was very polite. When we arrived at the shop, several people got to work on my tire immediately and got me back on the road to Ohio in less than 10 minutes! I thought the price was very reasonable. Everyone at the desk and in the shop was very friendly. Highly recommend if you're broke down in the area!”

Meet with my repairman at the shop and everything with the tow went very smoothly. Was great about understanding when my debit card had an issue until I figured it out. Would definitely recommend!”
