Came in thinking of upgrading my iPhone, left for the Apple Store after the poor and pushy customer service.

Verizon STOLE $1,000 DOLLARS from my husband and I through this store. A few years ago we went in as android users, both with the newest flagship Samsung galaxy note phones at the time. We had been unhappy with the customer service with our previous provider and thought we’d have better luck with Verizon - WRONG. We even have a business account with them which gives us better perks. Anyways a year and 6 months into our service relationship with them (we’d traded in our brand new $1,000 dollar phones with them, gotten our new iPhones by then and had them for that long) suddenly our bill skyrockets more than $120 MORE per month and they try to tell us that when we sent in our IDENTICAL new phones (different colors, same model) to trade in, that they received a different phone for my trade in. This was incorrect and we’ve spent many Saturday’s going into stores including this one and even time on the phone with WILLIAM JEFFERIES (their regional manager) to try and solve this. Interesting thing is - the guys in the store could see they’d actually received the correct phone but couldn’t do anything about it without higher privileges in their system - hence the contact with William. However he was incredibly unhelpful and we continue to have to pay back the $1,000 because they say they got a lesser phone. So now here we sit having given them my new $1,000 phone in return for the new iPhone and still paying for the phone like we never had a trade in to begin with. BUYER BEWARE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR PHONE SERVICE NEEDS.

Extremely bad service, was lied to multiple times. Salesperson Vern will say anything for commission. Very bad experience. Will not recommend this store to anyone.

Went to upgrade phone. Was told Verizon does not deal with Androids any longer. Associate wanted me to switch to a Google phone, told him I was not interested. He kept pushing it, even said my bill would go down. I caved. When it came time to pay, after being told upgrade would be just over $100, he said it would be $213. When I asked why the difference, he said because of taxes on the phone, upgrade fee and something else. When I asked why he did not mention this upfront, he said he did and argued with me. Needless to say, I did not get a new phone

If i could give this store 0stars i would every-time i have come to this store in the past I never get the help I need they are always saying call customer service before even attempting to help me just recently i stopped in with questions about the home internet and I was working with Bobby he switched my consumer account to a business one just for me to qualify for the internet but unfortunately when i got home it still didn’t work So i complained and got switched back to a consumer account but i lost my discounts on my account i was getting and now im getting billed for this internet he set me up with on this business account that didn’t even work in my home and after stopping into another verizon store i found out he used a random address and put it on my account for the internet to qualify just to get the sale. This is horrible for the customer I am very unhappy with my experience im very upset that i now have to pay this 200$ bill for something I didn’t even qualify for and I am goin to report this all the way up the chain cause this type of sales attitude is not Okay and this store is very unhelpful

Fast and kind. Bear was incredibly helpful and offered useful insight and advice. Also the store smelled very nice. All around excellent service.

I bought ear buds there. Fantastic things. Until they don't work. Had to mowe,no music,ugh. Went to the best Verizon store ever.
ROSCOE helped me. My fault not the ear buds.
There is a volume control there,what a lipstick I am. But he showed me,my mistake,very gentlemanly, thanks Roscoe and the guys there.

I was in with my mom recently and Bobby took GREAT care of us, going above and beyond to make sure my mom had exactly what she needed. It was a somewhat complicated situation and he always was polite, kind, and super-helpful! I’d recommend Bobby in a heartbeat!
