The employees are always strangely standoffish, and even with an appointment you have to wait a very long time to ask a simple question. Not to mention the fact that they can be dishonest when it comes to phones and what you pay for the value. You’d be better off going to Best Buy.

I had a great experience here. I was switching from AT&T to Verizon. I've had a couple different carriers including Verizon prior to this. In the past, it has been such an awful and long process to switch networks and to upgrade my phone. This time it was so so smooth, Verizon has changed for the better. It was such a quick and easy experience. We were there for an hour, max. Which is absolutely incredible. I was able to get my phone, phone case, and screen protector all in one stop. They installed the screen protector and put on the case for me. I'm glad to be back to Verizon and glad to have had such an amazing smooth transition. I wish I could remember the employee's name that helped us, he was great! He was at the business counter.

If I could I would give this store a zero star. I went in the store to order a new iPhone 14 plus since my iPhone 11 had recently broke. I went in and the service was pretty slow before being helped. Once I was able to get help the gentleman that helped me seemed to know what he was doing. After explaining to me that they only had iPhone 14s in store, I'd have to order the model I wanted online. After going through the process of ordering it I waited for it to arrive. Once it did, I shortly realized that he had ordered the wrong phone. It turned out to be the iPhone 14, in which I previously stated they already had in store. So now, after not having a phone for almost a week already, I have to go back to the store and order the phone that I should have gotten in the first place and wait double the amount of time that I should be. Although this may not be a big deal for some, I recently just started up college again and use my phone to figure out my way around campus and even for some of my classes.

Horrible experience with the manager! Came in with my brand new phone and the manager refused to help me transfer my service to my new phone and then gave me a # for customer service claiming it was a direct line… how am I gonna call with no service? Went to a different location and they helped me there so just go to the other location.

Always costing way too much, unfortunately, it does have the best network for the areas I travel in. Hopefully, one day, they will bring down the prices.

Bought a new phone. They crowded me a bit about adding insurance, so I did. Dropped the phone a week later and cracked the screen. Between moving everything from the very old phone to the new phone and moving everything again to the newer phone (clearly not Verizon's responsibility), I worked with four different people at this location. Not once did anyone grumble about the extra work I caused. They very cheerfully kept at it until everything was taken care of. I could not have been more impressed with their professionalism or their teamwork. I would highly recommend this location.

Joseph did an awesome job helping me today. I had gone to two different stores before this one, called customer service , and no one seemed to be able to know the answers. Joseph jumped right in and solved the issue. Even when I came off frustrated he gave me a minute and then took action. Thanks for the great customer service today Joseph

Rosco is absolutely amazing!! In a world where quality customer service is hard to find, he went above and beyond, and is truly a textbook definition of what it means to be a kind human.Rosco... if you read this, thank you for your kindness, your professionalism, for helping me, for laughing with me, listening to my story about my late father... as you said peace is priceless, and that fist bump at the end was everything. The store was very helpful but we still experience frequent dropped calls from Verizon service. Also quite often our texts and voice mail messages do not get delivered to recipient for hours to days later. Verizon has been notified but they do not seem to care.

A Verizon employee helped me a lot with the opening of the prepaid USIM purchased online. It may be a hassle, but I appreciate their kindness and supports. It has not been fully resolved yet, but it has been a great help.
