“We ordered a Lfetime swing set for our grandchildren; it is made in the USA in Utah. It comes on a sturdy 8 foot long pallet, and requires a large truck to deliver. Our swingset traveled from Utah to Illinois, and finally to Mesick, Mi with Estes Freight for final delivery. Originally, we received a call that the swingset could not be delivered to our address in Harrison Mi; that we needed to make other delivery arrangements. I talked with the scheduler, Natalie, at length to problem-solve how we could complete this delivery. She was very patient & helpful, even connecting me with the manager. I am happy to report that today, a driver from Estes, Joe Bigelow, who normally delivers a different area, agreed to get our swingset delivered today. He was able to maneuver his truck up to our pole barn and even got it inside our pole barn with a pallet jack. He knew exactly what he was doing and went above and beyond. So thankful for our delivery! Now onto assembly so our grandkids can enjoy this nice playset! I wholeheatedly recommend Estes Express in Mesick, Mi.”
