“I needed our pool table leveled and covered. Spoke to Todd on the phone and he was a wealth of knowledge. He asked a few questions about what kind of use we have and knew exactly what we needed. He didn't try to upsell anything and I think it was less than a week from the first time we spoke to get the cloth ordered, received, and the table completely set up. He did a great job. I highly recommend.”

“Had lack of help in back area of store. LONG WALK WITH PARKINSONS. Staff knew little about big toe shoes. Found what I needed on way out of long hall. No wheel chairs. Staff- female reticent to further help onshoe fittings. Like where toes r on shoe. Had to get other sales personnel to do that. Ridiculous. Another sales person another day sales person went out of way to help get correct product. So 50-50 good- bad.”
