“So I have a shoulder issue and doing regular grip bench press bother it immensely, neutral grip however doesn’t bother it at all and they were amazing and ordered a neutral grip bench press bar for me! It’s great to see a business go out of their way to help a member.”

“A 24/7 gym close that's affordable and not full of posers. I love it. I just wish that they would maintain their equipment a little better.
For the price, I get exactly what I need and no signs telling me how to behave and isn't decorated in mauve. Come on, we're adults. Nobody needs a nanny at our age.”
“Some of the facilities is a bit dated and in need of some work however they are doing some renovations and additions can’t wait to see what they bring. Good place for childrens activities and work out facilities. All in all good YMCA”
