“I went through the drive-through a couple months ago and a lady was extremely rude to me. I made a negative review and left it up there for a while until today’s visit. I go back and it is the same exact lady and her verbiage and manners are completely different. I want to say thank you to the management for taking my comment seriously and doing something about it. That is all any person would hope for. My experience has always been great minus that one day”

“I have banked with Comerica since moving to Novi, Michigan in 1991. I moved up by Tawas in 2015 and kept Comerica I was that impressed. I use the web banking daily which has helped immensely since I’m so far away. The web banking team walked me through the steps to startup the program and it’s never failed. After reading the review's in regard to Midland, I wondered if they were different from my bank in Novi. “I ended up at Huntington from Chemical bank, and I have to admit that the change over didn't happen very smoothly. HOWEVER, now that my debit card is working properly, I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. The online/mobile banking is AMAZING; so user friendly that even one with limited experience can easily navigate the HUB and all of the many options available to the consumer. Personally, I believe Huntington will be all they claim to be and more. ?”
