  If I could rank this bank a 0, I would. Very racist and rude employees working there. I came in to get serviced the man told me to wait just a moment, I sat down and waited. Another customer who is NOT of color came in and they proceeded to wait on them right away. Very disgusted with this bank and its employees.

  I don't know if this is the local HQ or not, but 10+ business days to replace a card is ridiculous. Quoted 3-5 days w/o expidited!

  Horrible slow , Overall staffed with management but not enough tellers , easily the worst branch I have been to .
