Graduate Gemologist is on staff. Cleaning, inspections, and rhodium plating are done while you wait, and full written or verbal insurance appraisals are available. Lab grown diamonds are available upon request. The service is described as exceptional, friendly, caring, and highly recommended. Very accommodating! Needed the prongs that held my diamond ring in place adjusted and they did so at no charge and were willing to do it while I waited. I have purchased other jewelry in the past from them and they have high quality jewelry and are very pleasant to work with.
