“It had been several years since I had my (1969) diamond cleaned and checked. A couple weeks ago I noticed it started to snag on my bath towels. Good thing I had it inspected before it possibly could have fallen out and been lost forever- found out there was a problem with several prongs holding my diamond in place. Michael went above and beyond the ordinary cleaning and repairing. Even though for about a week I felt naked without my ring, due to his professionalism, caring, and skill I have decide to get a cleaning and inspection for any potential repairs once a year. Thank you Michael”
“Awesomeness!! Serendipity Road and its sister stores (joyful Tantrum and recess) are so cute and fun. Could could spend soo much time looking in here cause I just love all the unquie, cute things. I've gotten to know the owner, Julia and she is so awesome, it just makes me love the store even more.Everytime I come in she and/or the staff are always so kind to my son. He loves looking at the toys and buying the penny candy with his own money. I love how there are things I can look at, and so can he.I also love how Julia has things from local small business for sale in her shop.I also love the take a book live a book adorable book bin house in the front of the store, and the activities/play area in front. Downtown midland is so blessed to have an awesome store that is involved in the community!This place rocks.”

“The entire summer of 2024 ALL of our songbirds disappeared, as did our neighbors. After searching online for "clean", locally sourced seed, I found I could purchase some that's harvested in Ohio but sold online at Nature Niche. We couldn't be more thrilled. The songbirds are slowly returning!!! We will only be purchasing from Nature Niche. No more chain store seeds, ever!”
