“Wow! I walked into this store for the first time and was greeted by Chantel. She listened to everything I said and made suggestions on what I told her. She helped me find the right mattress....firm, but not too firm. I was concerned with how far the bed would be from the floor because my husband is disabled and it's very hard for him to get into a bed that's so high. The bed we have now is just that...too high. That is what made me stop into your store. I needed something much lower that my husband could just sit down on and then lie down. Our bed is adjustable but it's not a split adjustable. Chantel showed me some beds that are individually adjustable. She helped me pick the right mattress. She measured and then she measured again to make sure the mattress I purchased would be suitable for my husband. She showed me some sheets and a comforter which I did purchase. I also purchased a mattress protector. When I went to check out, I saw a recliner. As I sat in it and played with the heat and the massage, Chantel was telling me all about it. She said it reclined all the way back like a bed. That's a huge plus for my husband! It's also a lift chair! Another huge plus. My husband needs that on a recliner. I tried it and it was so comfy. I ended up buying it for my husband. I'm sure he's going to love it. All in all, I had a great first experience. Chantel was nothing less than amazing. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this store to anyone and I definitely recommend dealing with Chantel if you can. Thank you, Chantel for taking such good care of me and my needs. You went above and beyond for me.
