First, they are friendly; second, they are very helpful. I went in with soil samples that needed to be shipped to the Cornell Soil Health Lab, and they needed to be kept cool. They had what I needed at a great price!

Everyone is always so helpful! Prime seems to be changing how to send items back and it can be frustrating but the staff always are more than willing to help.
