They showed no real interest in helping solve a problem I'm having with my divorce papers that were lost in the mail. I tried submitting a claim online and their phone customer service. Everyone seems to be incompetent with complex solutions.

Fail to deliver mail because unaccessible but my mailbox is right by the road this has happened 5 times already this year its been reported zero reason for it to not to be delivered

Sent certified mail from this office full of important documents. It’s going on 10 days and it’s still in transit(delayed). I’m worried it’s lost. I should’ve just mailed it from my home. It would’ve made it on time.

My wife spent thousands of dollars on her degree for the mail carrier to shove her diploma in the mailbox and bend it. And easy job like this you would like they could at least do it correctly...

Delivered a smashed box of nonni biscuits which were all smashed & cracked & the box was opened & looked like it was thrown around.Never had this sort of bad handling.

I give zero but no 0 option. I sent parcel last math 7 supposedly by priority mail but the lady advice to sent via ground due to digital camera. The worst it was delivered 3 weeks and it was tampered some of my stuff was stolen special my jewelry. It was so prostrating this kind of people stealing stuff. They should be fired.. Shame on you. Who you are.. hopefully karma will come to you. I will never send parcel this company. Never never again. 😡😡

Always a pleasant experience at this post office. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I visit often and have required help plenty of times and they have always provided top notch service.

This will be the third time this year that I have not received a water bill how embarrassing to go down and pay a $25 water bill because the late notice came, but the regular payment did not. I have talked to the postmaster several times and gotten nowhere these people do not do their jobs And they have less people sending things through the mail because of it and they still can’t get it right.

It's one of the worst post offices. Workers always look and act irritated. Always a line. Lady tried to force me to ship priority while lying right to my face. Drove to Saginaw, behold, the lady was nice and shipped it out ground for 1/4 of the price. Additionally, the last time we did a counter package drop here, two came up not scanned and missing. Drive anywhere but here to do business with usps. Would give this place a 0 if it was an option.

I got great service here. Staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Lots of extra items for sale, in addition to stamps (envelopes, cards, etc). Large amount of post office boxes.
Easy to park.

10 years as a Full-time travelling RV'er here. In Midland 1week with 3 more planned waiting for RV repairs. 2nd time I've received general delivery here & I was informed that I had to get a PO box to receive packages. 1st time in 10 years I've ever had an issue receiving GD packages. Didn't seem to make any difference when I tried explaining. Some 'other' employee remembered me from other trips through Midland. Pathetic service.
