Will definitely be contacting verizon about this store and management of this store. Very unhelpful. Might switch my buissness account from verizon elsewhere based on the poor customer service at this midland store.

If I could give zero stars I could. I went on black friday asking if they had any different deals than what I saw online, the associate who checked me in told me she couldn't help with that and I would have to wait. I patiently waited. They got to me after waiting for awhile, no big deal, it's black friday. The associate had to Google what their deals were, I knew them better from checking online, didn't upsell any of the add on- free watch and tablet with service, I had to ask about them since I heard other associates telling people. I got my new phone and chose to take it home to activate and transfer data because I needed to get home. When turning on the phone it was a demo. When I returned to the store days later, very unhappy, it took over 5 minutes to even be greeted. When I told Lindsay, who was checking me in, later I found out to be the "manager" she let me know this was a known issue and said "If you had, had it turned on in the store you would've been able to have it fixed" so it was my fault??? She told me I had to wait for several people and they could swap it out... why couldn't she help me? I then brought up that I had already put a $40 screen protector on it and I would need a replacement, which she told me I would need to put in warranty claim with otterbox.. so now I have to use my warranty claim because of their bad? Did not even offer me a new screen protector. Once again, telling me it was my fault for putting the screen protector in before turning the phone on. At this point I left because clearly not going to be helped here. I'll admit I was in thr wrong for telling her "I hope she has a terrible night" but when she told me she" hoped I had a worse one", I knew I made the right decision leaving.
Long story short. Don't bother going to this Verizon store if you're looking for any competent help and especially if you're looking for customer service, the manager is too busy in the back and doesn't care. She'll tell you it's your fault anyways.
Switching to AT&T after 30 years with Verizon because Lindsay is unprofessional and lacks customer care. Verizon will be elated when they find out I'm on a business account with over 500 lines.

This building is going through a remodel so its a little cramped at the moment. That said, everyone was great and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Kudos to management on that. Store was busy at the time I went around 4pm on a Tuesday.

What an amazing group of employees.? Robbie waited on me & helped me with Everything, He was phenomenal. Robbie, Derek, James, Bill & The supervisor, boss, She’s great too. Thank You. Way to go Robbie!??

My screen protector was a pain and never would seal correctly. So happy I stopped in to get a new one properly installed. Shane was professional and friendly and I highly recommend this store.

My mom and I had an amazing experience at Verizon. We loved working with Kayla, she always makes sure that we get what we need and know how to use everything before we leave! She was very professional and helpful. She is an amazing employee. -Kyboo

Had a really great experience until I found out later that nothing was as it seems. I was told I would receive a credit towards a new watch of $280. Turned out to be $124. They apologized and said “well you signed the receipt.” I was told they could transfer a phone to another line without losing a previous trade in credit. That was a lie so now my bill jumped $30 a month on that line. There is literally nothing I can do now. Would not recommend this store.

I have been a Verizon customer for a number of years, but unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in their service quality over the past year. There have been issues such as dropped calls and even an entire day without data access. I'm not entirely sure what is causing these problems, but they seem to have coincided with the introduction of their 5G service. If Verizon does not address and resolve these issues promptly, I might have to consider switching to a different service provider. Hence, based on my personal experience, I would suggest being cautious when considering Verizon as an option.

I went in to get a new phone for my wife. The ONE THING she made VERY CLEAR: transfer everything (pics, contacts, apps, etc). When the Verizon rep at this location gave me the phone he told me everything was there. That was not at all correct. None. NONE of her apps were transferred. All her messaging stuff was jacked up and using an unfamiliar app. It took my daughter hours to fix this for her as we are not the most tech literate (She's a tekkie). I checked my bill and was charged $30 for phone setup. Not acceptable. Never again. Save yourself some aggravation and go the the Verizon on Saginaw. Jazz is the manager there I believe, and she made sure my daughters phone and mine were absolutely perfect before we left.
