“I don't think that there are enough words in the world to explain how amazing this business is!!!

It all started with a random chance of coming across them via Craigslist (I live quite a bit north from them) that interested me enough to contact Stewart Allen!!
When I called, I spoke with one of the gentlemen (very well could have been Mitch) and I was able to ask my few questions that I needed answered before proceeding to drive that distance. They had absolutely ZERO ISSUES answering all of my questions. This was an assuring feeling! I decided that was it and hit the road within that hour to take that baby for a ride!!!!
When I arrived, I went inside and met/spoke to Laura who has an amazing personality and great customer service!
I was pleasantly surprised to see that they cleaned up the outside as it had sat over the rain over the last few days that week.

I took a good look over 2019 Buick Encore, then out on a little test drive!! I can't lie, I was quite happy with it almost IMMEDIATELY. The mileage was AWESOME, absolutely no engine/suspension/electrical issues, very clean interior, and a more than decent stock radio system.

When I returned from my test drive, I gave the keys back and told Laura that I had to really think about it because it was a HUGE decision for me. She understood, not a single person pushed me, tried to pressure me, lying to me, etc. to just hurry and buy.

I sat in their office for an hour, up until just before closing and finally made the decision to put a Non-Refundable deposit on it to ensure it was mine when I was able to return a couple days later. They make you feel like an actual person instead of a dollar sign walking onto their property. I am beyond grateful for their courtesy, understanding and patience in my personal life.

I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH MY NEW BABY!!!!
When I'm in the market again, I'll be coming back here, NOOOOOO PROBLEM!!!
