“The Hartland Dollar Tree is my local store and not only is it spotless, organized and well-stocked...when I come in here I feel welcome and a part of the community. The ladies that work there - Kris, Trish, Bonnie & Laura - make the experience more than transactional. They greet me by name when I walk into the store, go out of there way to find a product I need/let me know when it will be back in stock.
Community and connection is important, especially in the times we are living in. To have employees who not only do an exceptional job at making the store beautiful but also are friendly & welcoming says a lot. I will continue to shop at this location BECAUSE of them...and there are a few other Dollar Trees that are near my house. I will go out of my way to shop at this location because of the high level of customer service that is provided and how excellent the store is kept.”
“I love everything about the store except the new girl they hired. I purposely won’t go into the store if I know she’s in there. She is rude, pushy and look inconvenienced when I walk in or she had to stop what she’s doing to cash someone out. The 2 ladies that are usually working are awesome! I know they need a break and days off, but she is the total opposite of what they need.”
“Well, they didn't have what I was looking for which was some small garden gates to separate my plants from my front lawn. I was able to get some large popsicle sticks to label my plants, some large cans of Friskies cat food, a wooden box and a white mug for my daughter. The lady cashier was very nice.”
“I love this store, mainly for the staff!! They do so well even though I know they don't have enough people on their team and that they're probably overworked. Despite this, whenever I go in, there's always someone working hard on stocking, and the cashiers are always friendly. Raises for all these kind and hardworking people, please and thank you!”

“Used to be consistently closed, but now their hours hold true! I'm quite pleased with the current operations of the dollar tree. Could have a cleaner restroom, but many are not in dollar tree for long enough for that to take a toll.”
