“I joined Core 4 Fitness for a six week body transformation challenge. I’d had been to many gyms over the years, but never felt as welcome as here. Core 4 is a fitness community that supports and encourages each other. The exercises are fit for anyone since the coaches will show modifications as needed. The coaches and members are great.”
“Hands down the best gym in the area. Always CLEAN, equipment always in top shape, staff friendly and welcoming. Ownership always bringing in new equipment and updating as the landscape changes. The community here is head and tails above many gyms I have been too. I moved 20 minutes away and still kept my membership, it’s worth the drive for a high quality experience. “I live the Carl's YMCA. It is well cared for facility. The staff are professionally trained, kind and encouraging. Fellow members are also kind and supportive. Originally I joined because of summer camp for my child. That was over 19 years ago!?”

“Please be mindful the small print ~ common sense does not apply at this Milford location. I cancelled my membership after approximately 10 years a few days before the annual fee was due BUT … small print wins the day “must cancel a week before annual fee is due to avoid fee” I only cancelled 5 days before. Feels like a scam to me! The manager has authority to waive the fee but would not. Very sad they do business like this. (And to think I felt bad about canceling)”

“I've got nothing but good things to say...especially if you're looking to up your game when it comes to fitness, strength, and community. This is the first time I've been a part of a gym that has coaching like this. The class sizes are quite reasonable, so it very much feels like you've got a trained coach ready to help you at a moment's notice. I've greatly benefited from their expertise in not only strength training, but in my running journey as well. The coaches check-in about my goals and offer encouragement when needed. I feel supported and equipped to keep growing in my fitness journey. Very grateful for this place!”
