Do NOT get service with T mobile. They are horrible at trying to cancel. When you need a new phone they try to add a whole new line onto your phone plan to charge you even more money. We were just trying to help my grandma out with a new phone and they took ADVANTAGE of her. No one knows what they are doing. They send you in loops because everyone is too LAZY to do anything. T mobile is the WORST carrier to go through. DO NOT give T mobile your business. THEY ARE HORRIBLE

The people who work here are great but the 3 stars is for TMobile as a company. I think their business plan is to incorrectly bill people and hope that no one has the time to come in to get things corrected.

Don't go through T-Mobile or at least visit this location. Staff is very rude, have NO idea what's going on, can't help one customer at a time. Also, can't get there facts straight, tell u one thing so u pay hundreds of dollars to find out that was never the issue. Then change their mind and tell you something totally different that then costs you even more $$$. Get some help that knows what they're doing and telling customers to do!!!! It gets more expensive every time!!!!

I decided to switch from AT&T because, after moving from the DC area to Michigan a few years ago, I found I rarely had more than one or bars in this area. The folks at this T-Mobile store helped me set up an app that gave me access to the T-Mobile network for a couple of months to test whether their network really was what I wanted. When I came back to make the switch, they answered all my questions and gave me a price that was 30% or more cheaper than AT&T (and with rebates for switching). It took some time to change over each of the lines (the kids are in different states), but we got it all done and no one has had any complaints. I’d be happy to go back and work with the Milford T-Mobile folks again.

Always have the pleasure of speaking with Brandy/(Brandi?) She is always so incredibly nice and helpful. I usually dread calling a cell phone store/cell customer service. Talking with this associate was the highlight of my day and she did whatever she could to make sure my business there was taken care of! Ask for her!

Was hoping for a pop-in and pop-out with a phone upgrade but after a 45 min wait, I couldn’t get the phone I wanted without waiting longer. If you’re pressed for time, I would suggest just ordering online. If you have nothing else to do, this is a good place sit and cool off and play on your phone. Oh well.

Jen, the manager in the Milford, Mi store is the best! So helpful and helped me pick out some much needed items. Set up my phone, loaded all my social media! Took the time and I appreciate it so much!

This store cost my fiancé and I over $1000 and did nothing to resolve the issue. They had 2 new employees working unsupervised, and these girls gave us inaccurate information about a promotion. They sent our phones for trade-ins without giving us any details on the terms of the promotion. They ended up costing us $1,000 because they sent back a fully paid off phone that didn’t actually qualify for the trade in, and months later tmobile refuses to correct this so we are paying monthly for a new phone that was supposed to be free. They have also cost me countless hours of my time. On top of all these issues, my monthly bill is still incorrect and I’m being overcharged. Whenever I reach out for assistance I’m promised the issue is resolved just for my bill to be high the following month. Now I am being completely ignored. Do not give this company or location your business.

I have been trying to get my bill resolved for over a year. No one could fix this. But guess what? Jen Harper fixed in less then 2 hours!!!! You were awesome!!! No one else did what she did. Thank you!!!!
