AutoZone Auto Parts is a leading retailer of auto parts, including new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items, and car accessories. The staff at AutoZone are amazing, super nice, and helpful. They provide fantastic service, getting customers back on the road quickly. They help with various issues, such as electrical system checks, battery replacement, and bulb changes. If problems arise, they make it right and go to bat for their customers. The staff, including Brian and Dan, are awesome and provide great assistance to travelers in need, helping them get back on the road.
Came in the store to return an item that I was not sure if it was still under warranty. The gentleman looked it up, found out. It was still under warranty. It was a window regulator for a Chrysler driver side. Replaced the part very happy about that. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.
