“This is a random review that I'm giving today. I have dealt with banks all over america. Today I watched an employee from this PNC Bank (her name is Ashley) help an older lady out to her car. She patiently waited as the lady took her time on her way to her car and made casual conversation. This is what a person should look for in a bank. True customer service common courtesy and just being a human!”

“I had a loan through One main financial because my credit was bad!! I got my first loan through the Jackson Michigan office first!! And they were outstanding with all the help they gave me!!! Thank you Renee and the other ladies in that office!!! So my second loan was through the Monroe office and once again they were outstanding with the help I got through their office as well!!! Thank you Tommy for all the extra work you did for me and the other ladies there!!!! Thanks again and May God Bless you All in both offices !!!
