“I had a very pleasant experience on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at the Telegraph Road location in Monroe, MI.I was in receipt of an insurance check from my fathers passing. I had to initially deposit the check and wait 5-7 business days before any withdraw was able to be made. On this day I needed to divide the check amount between his grandsons and funeral home. I explained to Mariah Smith who was my teller for this transaction how it needed to be split. I was worried it would be a long not easy request. Mariah smiled and said I am sorry for your loss and dont worry there will be no problem. She was very pleasant smiling and helped make a sad type of transaction easier. She was exceptionally courteous, smiled and professional. I thanked her when we were done and she wished me the best of luck. Employees like this need to be recognized for their customer service.
