“I’ve always purchased traditional bicycles from Jacks. About five years ago, I purchased some custom-made electric bicycles from a friend. They needed a tuneup and some other work done. I wasn’t sure if Jacks would work on them since I didn’t buy the e-bikes from there. But they had no problem & said bring them in! I brought both bikes into Jacks. Scott helped me and was super helpful and got them back to me within a few days. What was really nice, is he helped me load and unload into my truck. I do not have a bike rack. The price was very reasonable for a tuneup and additional work that was needed. I am very happy with the work they did. I will continue utilize this local business. We’re lucky to have them.”
