“Great place to train! Very friendly atmosphere, even as someone just passing through, I felt welcome and well taken care of. The box has new equipment and plenty of space, which creates perfect conditions for effective functional training. Definitely recommend!”
“Stopped in for a lift while i was on a work trip. This is your classic old school strength training spot. The people were nice as they were strong.......and they're real strong. 10/10 recommend.”

“Nick is a total professional with a great attitude. Proactive Service & Energy: You will never find Nick just sitting behind the front desk. Nick takes initiative, constantly moving around the floor to ensure equipment is clean, weights are reracked, and members are safe. Nick brings infectious, high-energy vibes that turn a slow afternoon into a motivating session.”
“Awesome hours for being open. Some locations 24/7 others 24/5. Very clean, many treadmills and equipment. Love all the TV's while on the treadmill. Also love the massage chairs and hydro massage.”
“I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 11 years and have trained at several different area gyms with a lot of different programming styles. Like most CrossFit gyms, many have solid programming and a good community, but Light the Fire feels different in the best way.
The coaches here really know their stuff and have multiple certifications, but more importantly, they know how to coach people where they’re at. The programming is smart and sustainable, which makes it easier to stay consistent and keep showing up. No gimmicks here. There are classes and options for everyone, no matter your experience level.
What really sets Light the Fire apart, though, is the community. The people here are genuinely some of the nicest, most welcoming humans I’ve met in any CrossFit gym. It’s rare to find a place that combines high-level coaching, thoughtful programming, and a truly inclusive, positive environment—but this is it. After years of searching, I've finally found a place I can call home.”
