I felt a little uncomfortable. The workers made me feel uneasy by watching me as if I was gonna steal something. I'm a man of color. I felt like I was being watched by the FBI. But they had what I needed.

Ordered a brand new stackable washer/dryer. They were delivered as scheduled but unable to hook up because the sales guy didn’t sell me a stacking kit, so they sat in my garage d/t the distribution center continuously scheduling at times I never requested. After the 4th and last time of having my schedule times/dates messed up, I requested them to be here after 4pm (I DO work) but… alas.. they decided to schedule for 8:30am because…why not, right? I worked from home that day, thankfully, and had them hook up my washer and dryer since they had sat in my garage for over a week at this point. Well.. the delivery guys, very nice and all, ended up dinging my dryer, left somewhat of a mess, and weren’t able to put my closet door back on. (I was told by the original guy that delivered my washer/dryer they WOULD be able to or I never would have asked!) Called the so-called ‘corporate office’ and was met with a very rude associate. Attempting to get ANY higher up was next to impossible. My experiences in dealing with the distribution center were inexcusable and highly unprofessional in my opinion and I will NEVER deal with Lowe’s again! All of this strife, not to mention my loss of wages, because the salesman forgot to sell me a $40 part!!

6/2021 my husband and I purchased a washer, dryer, and fridge from Lowe’s with a 3 year protection plan. Our dryer recently went out last week. We do not have the original receipt, but lowes customer service was kind enough to find a digital copy and email it to us.I call they say they can’t find the account, even after sending me this receipt. So they make me email with the digital copy, and explain the situation. Their response is “we need the reference number”. I don’t have a reference number from the original copy. Lowes literally sent the digital copy. Why wouldn’t that copy have the reference number?! I have tried for 3 days now to get in touch with someone regarding our warranty. This whole process is very frustrating. Why bother with warranties, and spending the extra money when no one is willing to help? Not to mention I am 38 weeks pregnant, and in need of a working dryer. We will not be purchasing major appliances from Lowe’s again, as it seems I will not be getting any assistance with this warranty.

Super helpful staff! We were very happy to hear they closed the outdoor section in subzero weather to protect their employees and customers. We will be back for those cinder blocks though when it is safe to get them!

I have had the most painstaking and fraudulent experience with Lowe’s trying to get my door installed. To start things off, my door was supposed to be delivered November 2nd. After a week passed and no one contacted me, I contacted my lowes and was told there was a “no call no show for the driver”. My door was delivered the next week and I was told my installer would contact me in the next few days with an installation date. After two weeks had passed I contacted the installer who said that my order was incomplete and to contact Lowe’s installation.After contacting Lowe’s installation, I was informed that my door had all the necessary parts in store, it was just that no one had enter it into the system, (which delayed everything by another 2 weeks, except that it still didn’t get entered that day). Again, I waited almost another week without anyone contacting me. After going back and forth day after day with Lowe’s installation and customer service my door was finally changed to ready to schedule status.Each time I contacted Lowe’s installation and customer service, I spoke with supervisors and managers who all assured me that I would be contacted the next day or the following couple days by Lowes to ensure my installer reached out to me. No one ever contacted me from lowes trying to follow up. Not even after 4 separate days of being told someone will. So that’s 4 times that Lowes customer service blew me off and never contacted me.My installer finally contacted me today with an installation date which is now January 25. Because of the lack of service and dedication to its customers, lowes has delayed my installation by almost 4 weeks. From the time I set to order my door and to the time it will be installed, it will have been 126 days which is completely unacceptable.I truly hope lowes will make this disastrous experience right.

The guy in the blinds department has been extremely helpful multiple times. I just have had a major issue with an appliance purchase. The saleswoman (middle aged woman with short hair) added roughly $125 to each appliance. When I re checked our receipt the price she gave us on the appliances were neither the sales price OR the actual price bags literally charged us a random price higher than the sales price, in assuming because she gets more commission off of the sale. I will go to abc for my purchase from here on out.
