Lowe's is a big box store in Monroe, MI, offering a wide selection of home improvement supplies, gardening items, appliances, and patio furniture. It is a great place for do-it-yourselfers, providing almost everything needed for home projects or building a home. However, customers often find it hard to get help, with some reporting long waits for assistance. While the store is clean and well-maintained with reasonable prices, experiences can vary; some have encountered rude staff at self-checkout. Overall, Lowe's is a decent option for home improvement needs but may lack consistent service.
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent selection, and an excellent overall experience!

We arrived very late to the store looking for parts to put together our crib. Will helped us even after the store closed to find the right parts, he was very kind and helpful.
