“On a recommendation, we just purchased some carpet as part of a pad, carpet, and free installation deal. This was our first time using Runyon's and the service was exceptional. The sales rep, Dan, was very helpful and made all kinds of effort to make sure we were getting the best deal. They were very accommodating as well (we couldn't do the installation right away when the carpet came in so they stored it for a couple weeks until we were ready). When it came time for the install, Tim was quick and did an excellent job. Our brand new carpet looks looks like it was installed by a professional, because it was.
